Will i have to pay any fees for making changes to my booking

Depending on the terms of your ticket’s tariff, there can be penalties and charges associated with changing your reservation. You may find out which fines or additional taxes will be charged. If the fare for the new itinerary you intend to purchase is more expensive than the fare you have previously paid, you will also be required to pay the difference. To complete the modifications to your ticket, you must pay the fees and fare difference online.

Can I make changes online for only one passenger in the booking?

No, any modifications you make online will affect every person in your reservation. You must get in touch with us or the travel agent that handled your reservation if you want to modify a flight for only one passenger.

However, if you want to change seats, book a dietary meal or add services for individual passengers, you can do that through Manage booking in airlines website.

What happens to my seat or meal requests when I change a booking?

These choices won’t be saved if you’ve already made a seat or meal for the sector you altered. Please choose a flight on Manage a Booking if there are any new flights.

Travel vouchers are usable on any flight or service listed on the condition and is good for a year from the date of issue.
You can prolong the validity for an additional year if you can’t use the entire value within that period.
The travel voucher may be used for as many transactions as its full value throughout the year.
Passenger-issued travel coupons are not transferrable.
You can use them to treat yourself or your loved ones.
