I should have given a 0 for your unprofessional services provided to me. The person who issued me a ticket has no idea what's included in the fare. Even though I am repeatedly asking about inclusions he said all inclusive fare which is not the case. I ended up paying more to mann travel than what I should have paid if I bought ticket myself. The guy didn't know basic difference between Singapore airlines & scoot which is a low cost airlines. After calling back multiple times to resolve the issue I got lame excuses from them. And simply told 'they can't do anything about it'. Simply the staffs are not trained well enough. They just want to get your money so that they get commissions.I have used them couple of times before and they were good but after this experience sorry to say they have lost a customer & potentially few more.So guys Please be careful and confirm everything before paying the fare amount.Good bye mann travels.
